Eastside Couples Therapy is an award-winning counseling practice offering couples therapy using the Gottman Couple Therapy Method, as well as individual counseling for married, pre-martial, or partnered adults in the communities of Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, and Seattle’s Eastside.

My goal is to compassionately create space for new possibilities. I nurture the emotional & psychological well-being of individuals and couples by exploring their relationship with themselves, their families, and their larger social community.

I guide my clients to listen with an open heart and to communicate more effectively so that you can feel more fully heard and validated. As a result, relationships are healed and repaired, allowing you to navigate your daily life and life’s transitions with increased ease, so you will flourish and grow individually, as a couple, and in your family.

I work with both traditional and non-traditional relationships, including open and poly relationships.

I work with a wide variety of clinical issues including:

  • Marriage & Couple issues
  • Stepfamily/Blended Family issues
  • Parent-Child relationship dynamics
  • Pregnancy Loss & Infertility
  • Premarital Counseling/Relationship Enhancement
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • ADHD
  • Gender Dysphoria
  • Self Esteem
  • Life Transition

Eastside Couples Therapy is an LGBTQAI+ affirming counseling practice. I am a member of the GSBA, the largest LGBTQIA+ Chamber of Commerce in North America. I am committed to diversity; I invite you to read my diversity statement here.
